Aunt Millie & Tillie are Grimace's aunts who make their only appearance in a 1999 McDonaldland TV commercial titled "PICNIC".
In the commercial, Grimace, Ronald McDonald, Birdie, and Hamburglar are having a picnic, during which Grimace states "-and here come the aunts!" Initially mistaking "aunts" for "ants", Ronald looks surprised when the Grimace's relatives appear. Ronald exclaims "Glad Grimace invited you!" while offering a plate of burgers to them, to which they reply "No one invites aunts; we just show up!"

- While character sexualities have never been stated throughout the history of McDonalds characters, it has been widely speculated by fans that Millie and Tillie are a married couple.
