Ben Gunn is one of the protagonists of the TV Special The Adventures of Ronald McDonald: McTreasure Island. He is a sailor who has been trapped in Treasure Island for many countless years until Ronald McDonald and his friends found him with the buried treasure.

Ben Gunn is an old sailor, who has never been out of Treasure Island since he first stumbled upon the treasure long before Jim Hawkins, Captain Smollett, and Long John Silver were searching for it. When Ronald McDonald, Grimace, Birdie, and Hamburglar find the buried treasure, Ben Gunn surprises them by revealing himself behind the treasure chest and closing it shut, thinking they were going to take it from him.
