It's Ronald's birthday today and everyone has brought presents except for Hamburgler. Just then, he meets a scientist called Havies J. Pinchworm who gives him free tickets to an amusement park called Birthday World. Ronald, Sundae, Hamburglar, Grimace, and Birdie go to Birthday World and go on all the rides but they're not fun at all. After going on all the crappy rides, they ride on a roller coaster and get turned into babies. After escaping from a robot dog and running around for a while, Pinchworm eventually captures them and reveals his plan to take over the world. His plan involves turning everyone in the world into babies so he can rule the entire planet because he would be the oldest person alive at that point. At the end of the episode though, Ronald and the others managed to stop Pinchworm from completing his plan.
