Burger McDo is a type of burger sold only at McDonald's Philippines. They are burgers with thousand island sauce, and a hamburger patty.
Back in 1993, McDonald's Philippines discontinued the basic Hamburger & replaced by this burger to make it more affordable & faster to produced.

- Cheesy Burger McDo was introduced in 2015 as a first variant of Burger McDo. The ingredients were single American Sliced Cheese, a thousand island sauce & a hamburger patty in a lightly toasted burger bun. Unlike what happened to Hamburger which got removed & replaced, the Cheeseburger discontinued when Cheesy Burger McDo was launched.
- Burger McDo with Lettuce & Tomato was introduced in an unknown year. It's the same has regular Burger McDo but with Lettuce and Tomatoes were added.
Oddly enough, the patties these burgers are using is different from the ones you find in the Cheeseburger and a Big Mac. But you can find the same patties in the Mushroom Pepper Steak.
