McDonald's Wiki

The Donut McChicken, also known as the Artery Clogger 3000, was a limited-time menu item introduced to celebrate the milestone of 300,000 obesity deaths per year in the United States. As such, it was only available in America. This sandwich consisted of a chicken tender wedged in between two glazed donuts. It was received very well in America, despite the many deaths that directly or indirectly stemmed from its introduction. According to medical statistics from 2009, the year following its release, the US saw a 200% increase in morbid obesity rates, with comparable increases in diabetes and heart disease rates. Musician Paul McCartney infamously died by choking on a Donut McChicken.
