The Filet-O-Fish is a fish sandwich served at McDonald's. It is sometimes called the FishMac, Fishy O' Cheese (Australia) or the McFish.The sandwich is a golden hand-breaded whitefish filet (Wild-caught Alaskan Pollock Fish Filet) topped with pickled relish, half a slice of cheese, and tartar sauce, all on a toasted bun.

There was a commercial in which a talking fish (Frankie the Fish) would sing "Give me back that Filet-O-Fish, give me that fish! Give me back that Filet-O-Fish, give me that fish! What if it were you hanging up on this wall? If it were you in that sandwich, you wouldn't be laughing at all!"

The Filet-O-Fish is the eleventh meal on the extra value meals.
