The McSmažák is sandwich item exclusive to the Czech McDonald’s menu. It is based on the Czech dish smažák - cheese (usually Edam), breaded and deep-fried. As of June 2021 it is not currently available, but a McDonald's spokesperson has hinted[1] that it's not 100% certain that it is gone forever.
