The McSpaghetti ,introduced in the early 1970s, is a Spaghetti dish which includes pasta, marinara sauce, meatballs, and cheese topping. It was discontinued in 1980 (everywhere in most of the countries), except in Indonesia, Orlando, Florida, and the Philippines, as spaghetti is a staple in the Phillippines (as well as a staple in many other countries).

Despite frequent claims by various websites, there are no known indications that the McSpaghetti was ever actually sold in Italy,[1] and it most certainly isn't sold in Italy anymore as of September 2023.[2] The version sold at Orlando, Florida also doesn't bear much similarity to the Filipino version, according to photos from July 2023.[3]

The McSpaghetti in Orlando, Florida (in the menu, they call it now as Pasta, which refers to McPasta nowadays) have 4 different pastas (Linguini, Ravioli, Tortellini, & Cavatappi pastas), 5 different sauces (Marinara, Olive Oil & Garlic, Bolognaise, Basil Pesto, & Alfredo sauces) & 10 optional toppings (Canadian Bacon, Bacon Bits, McCrispy Fillet, Silvered Onions, Diced Green Peppers, Sliced Mushrooms, Diced Tomatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Broccoli, & Black Olives) as of 2023.

Meanwhile, McSpagehetti in Philippines is different. It's made with Linguini pasta, Filipino-style spaghetti sauce (Made with Sweet-Blend Tomato Sauce, Ketchup, Cheese, Ground meat & Hotdog Sausage) & Cheddar shredded cheese toppings. The McSpaghetti officially made its debut in Indonesia in December 2024.
