The McSpaghetti ,introduced in the early 1970s, is a Spaghetti dish which includes pasta, marinara sauce, meatballs, and cheese topping. It was discontinued in 1980 (everywhere in most of the countries), except in Orlando, Florida, and the Philippines, as spaghetti is a staple in the Phillippines (as well as a staple in many other countries).
Despite frequent claims by various websites, there are no known indications that the McSpaghetti was ever actually sold in Italy,[1] and it most certainly isn't sold in Italy anymore as of September 2023.[2] The version sold at Orlando, Florida also doesn't bear much similiarity to the Filipino version, according to photos from July 2023.[3]
