The Mini Chicken Biscuit is a breakfast item at McDonald's. It has a Southern style chicken breast on a miniature buttermilk biscuit, and is a competitor of Chick-fil-A's Chicken Biscuit.
This product was discontinued shortly after release due to pieces of glass found in the biscuit batter. No one has found the reason for the glass ending up in the product.
