Like many food chains, McDonald's has multiple "secret" menu items which are just pre-existing customized items that are ordered by specifying certain arrangements of ingredients for their food.[1] Some items on the "Secret" Menu are just some what of a DIY version of regular menu items found in some areas of the world, such as Alaska's McKinley Mac.
