The legend of mcdonaldland loch

This VHS was released online on the Klasky Csupo website on February 21, 2003.

Later titled "The Monster O' McDonaldland Loch," the plot follows the gang traveling to Scotland where a scientist attempts to build a replica of the Loch Ness Monster. Birdie the Early Bird befriends the Loch Ness Monster who wants his existence to be kept a secret. Mayor McCheese made a second appearance at the beginning of this video.

Lesson of the story: When you are asked to keep a secret, you can only tell if someone who asked you to keep the secret for is in trouble or danger. You don't tell other people's secret to be a gossip. Birdie learned that in order to protect Simon, the Monster of McDonaldland Loch, from other people knowing about him.

Notes:

  1. It is revealed that Sundae has a Scottish cousin named Scottie.
  2. Actor Phil Snyder, who played the villain Professor Pinchworm in "Birthday World", plays the villain Stiles in this episode.
  3. McDonaldland Loch is a parody of Scotland and Loch Lomond. Most of the people are dressed in traditional Scottish clothes and played the bagpipes and danced a tradition Scottish jig at the festival.

Trailer Promo: "Remember when Ronald McDonald had a very special birthday surprise in "Birthday World"? Or the adventure "Have Time, Will Travel", when the gang traveled through the ages in an amazing time machine? Solving mysteries and making new friends is all in a day's fun for Ronald as you just was in "The Monster O' McDonaldland Loch". So keep watching. There's another wacky adventure coming soon."

Note: "The Legend of McDonaldland Loch" is not the correct title, for the correct title is shown at the beginning of the last episode of The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald. Confusingly, The Legend of McDonaldland Loch seems to have been produced before "Have Time, Will Travel", as the box has a 2000 copyright (while "Have Time, Will Travel" has a 2001 copyright), and "Have Time, Will Travel" is not listed as one of the available volumes on the box for "The Legend of McDonaldland Loch". Despite this, "Have Time, Will Travel" is listed as "Volume 5" on the side of the cover.
